When I became a vegetarian I was sort of nervous/worried that it would be difficult. I had no idea where to even begin when it came to grocery shopping. But actually a lot of common places have many vegetarian options! HEB and Target for example. I’m not sure about Walmart but lets try to steer clear from there.
But anyway, they’re seriously so good. They taste better than actual burgers if you ask me. When it comes to cooking them, just do it over the stove; I guess you sort of just have to watch and see when they’re done. (Use a pan but spray it with pam or another sort of cooking oil) Wait until they brown, and you’ll be able to tell it’s done when you can smell it.
What you need:
- -Morning Star brand paddies in original (i usually get groceries at Target– its the only brand they carry)
- Cheese (sliced or shredded)
- a bun (I’ve had them without buns or bread and they are not very pleasant alone)
- avocado (just adds more taste)
And of course you can add other vegetables and whatever you choose! And its way cheaper than going out every night. You’re welcome!
